Parents/ Carer Evenings

Parents’ Evenings are an important opportunity for parents and carers to meet with teachers to discuss progress, learning, and next steps. These conversations help us work together to support each pupil’s achievement and ensure they are making strong progress across the curriculum.

  • Years 7 to 10 have one Parents’ Evening each academic year
  • Year 11 has two Parents’ Evenings each academic year to provide additional guidance and support in the lead-up to GCSE examinations

Parents’ Evenings provide an opportunity to:

  • Discuss progress and attainment in each subject
  • Understand what pupils are doing well and what their next steps are
  • Receive advice on how to support learning and revision at home
  • Ask questions and clarify expectations
